How to Raise & Lower the Foot Rest of the EZ Lite Cruiser Standard Model using the Foot

To raise the foot rest using your foot, simply use your heel to push the rest plate back, and it will rotate upward, as shown.

To lower the foot rest using your foot, push down on the front of the foot rest plate using your heel, as shown, and it will become parallel to the ground.
